I have known Coach Mconnell for about 8-9 years. He has been a great mentor and a great coach. He has helped me improve, not only in training, but also in the outside world he has inspired me to be a better person, to always keep pushing. His strength & conditioning programs/training has helped me achieve all my goals. If it wasn’t for him, my love for this sport will not be as strong as it is today. Ryan McConnell is not just a great coach, he is also a great man. I have learned a lot from him and I believe anyone who takes his advice will achieve as much as I did.

Working with Coach McConnell changed the way that I train. Shifting from a traditional weight training style to a scientific approach that Coach McConnell teaches has helped me learn a sport specific training style that is still currently helping me become the best quarterback I can be. Not only did my numbers skyrocket, so did my on-field performance

Training with Mr.McConnell has been more than a blessing, because it contributed to my success with the help of his intelligence about weightlifting. He was the person that got me into health and trying to better myself. His training help me go from 132 pounds skinny to 175 by the end of my high school career. He also helped a lot with my techniques and I got injured less because of the type of training he provides. Overall it was great training with Mr.McConnell

During my years at Battery Creek High School I was on the varsity Track & Field and girls basketball team. My experience training under Coach McConnell was a great experience because he gave us the exact training college strength coaches give. Not only was he focused on making us strong but he wanted us to have something that would change our lives for the better and that is Jesus Christ. In all of Coach McConnell workouts he would incorporate Jesus because it is He that gives us strength. When I first started weight training I was 127 lbs. I didn’t know how to clean or anything. Coach McConnell taught me everything I need to know about how to build muscle, gain and lose weight, nutrition and more. From where I started till now I made huge improvement and it’s all thanks to Coach McConnell.
